Refund Policy
A full refund of the purchase price will be given for unopened merchandise.
To qualify for a refund, the buyer must notify Dimeskin and return the
unused product to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
No refunds will be given without the original products. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Refunds for unopened products must be requested within 30 days
of the purchase date. Opened or used products will not be refunded.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account
or replace the merchandise. Credits and replacements will be issued once merchandise
is inspected by one of our staff.
